O was on the swimteam at our club this summer-first time! She did great! Last week was the final party where they got all their trophies and medals. Good food, good music, good friends, good times!
Oh, and did i mention all the big kids LOVE K!!! Here's a pic of the boy (star swimmer!) down our street who loves playing w/ K.

The Dragon Boat Races were this weekend in Chinatown, so the kids and I drove down and enjoyed a warm summer day w/ friends! Many there were others that had adopted from Taiwan-we met up as a group-it was so great to finally meet some people I've seen on blogs for so long! Lisa C.! Sarah & Kevin! I only wished i took more pictures of everyone!
We also met up with the Western Suburbs Playgroup which Kerry M. led w/ crafts and stories for the kids! Thank you Kerry-it was wonderful!

It was so wonderful to meet you and your 3 beautiful kiddos this past Saturday too!! I'm still excited just thinking about it AND only wish our time had not gone so quickly! I think our girls would have enjoyed some time together also, so hopefully next time! :)

And it really looks like the races were lots of fun too! I just love the Dragon Boat Races...I think they are just so beautiful and exciting at the same time! Oh, and how wonderful you got together with other families! How very cool! Also great pics...as always!
