What a GREAT weekend we all had. My blog loads pictures backwards, so the pictures start at the end, and go backwards. :)
The weather was beautiful so we spent plenty of time outdoors. Started the weekend at the park having tons of fun. On Saturday, visited the Pumpkin Patch for our annual pumpkin picking. Then, enjoyed a delicious dinner at "KiKu" in Naperville w/ the Grandparents and brother. The kids even used chopsticks! Kaiya was eating her fried rice w/ little chopsticks-i wish i had my camera!!!
Sunday, the family went to see my best friend B run the Chicago Marathon. This is her 9th marathon-she's amazing! I'm so proud of her! She did awesome!!!
THEN, we came home and went off to a carnival. Most likely the last one of the year. I'm a carnival-junkie! Anyhow, long story short-it was a Fun filled, exciting, great, busy, busy weekend! And, did i say the kids had a great time too! :)

This is one of my favorite dresses! I bought it at a resale shop for about $6.00-it's a Tommy Hilfiger dress-what a great deal!
K is a bit of a rascal, as you can tell by the videos below. We were waiting for big sis O to get home from school at the bus stop. She and G were having a lot of fun chasing nasty mosquitos and looking for creatures in the sewer.

Nicole,
The photos are all so vibrant & fun! What a glorious weekend you all had AND what darling kiddos you have! LOVED the video and I think I see a sweet & sassy gleam in her eye when she tosses that sippy cup! :)
What fun!
I also love the matching dresses on your lovely girls... & the sister shot sure made me smile!

great photos! the kids are gorgeous, and i can't believe how big kaiya is now!
thanks for your comments about sleep. matthew has had bouts of being up for 2 hours in the night every since we brought him home. his sleep has always been terrible even though we've tried every trick in the book, including weisbluth's. he's not upset...he doesn't cry...he's just awake. i don't go into his room ever unless i know he is asleep (and i am just checking room temp, etc) or if i can tell that something is really wrong...and i never go in right away. he just isnt a good sleeper and, once he misses out on a little, it snowballs until he's up for hours in teh night and taking 20 min naps in the day. it's really crazy!
Hi Nicole,
The pictures of the family and kids are wonderful! Kaiya is getting so big and she is absolutely beautiful. I love her energy and smile.
Blessings,

Adorable photos. Little Miss K is getting so big!
You asked about Chinese School. It is the Naperville Chinese School and children must be 4 years old to participate in dance and language. Let me know if you want more info.

What a way to celebrate fall! A wonderful weekend to do all your fun activities! The videos are funny - anything can be entertainment for that age group!
I'm going shopping with you! What a great dress! Perfect for your little princess.
